The purpose of this study is to compare the value of FDG Positron Emission Mammography (PEM) with contrast enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the breast for patients with breast cancer. This study will also perform a special pathology.test to compare the FDG PEM and contrast enhanced breast MRI images with the results from the standard of care breast surgery. This study seeks to enroll women who are scheduled to undergo a screening mammogram and have either dense breast tissue, are at high risk for breast cancer and are from one of the following ethnic backgrounds: Hispanic, Haitian Creole, African American or Caucasian. Participants will undergo a conventional two-view mammogram and positron emission mammography (PEM) scan. Immediately following imaging, patients are asked to complete a questionnaire on their impression of a standard mammogram versus PEM.
